4 scheduled visits per month. Everything in Essential Property Care plus priority scheduling and member pricing on eligible property services.
Get Property CarePriority Property Care
4 scheduled visits per month. Weekly visits, photo reports, priority notifications, vendor access and coordination, one post-storm property check per month when needed, and priority scheduling for eligible Happyland '76 services.
Get Property CareRepairs, materials, extensive vendor supervision and additional visits are priced separately unless specifically included in your plan.
Finding a Problem Is Only Useful If Someone Can Do Something About It
When we spot something requiring attention, the owner receives photos, a description of the issue, a recommended next step, and local assistance when available. Eligible maintenance and repair services can be quoted separately through Happyland '76.
